As a result of the Global Pandemic Covid-19, it is now a requirement for all employees, contractors and sub contractors to log all site visits. Filling out this form is STEP 1!
What to do next for Employees?
Check your inbox for your log in credentials to give you access to the DYNAMIC HUB. Once you have gained access, you can update or change any of your personal details there, but most importantly you will be able to log your site visits. This is a requirement of the Chief Health Officer, that all trades men accessing a construction site must follow all guidelines.
What to do next for Contractors?
You will need to check your email for 3 things,
- Will be your confirmation email with all of the details you completed in the previous form.
- Within that email contains a link you can forward to your employees or sub-contractors
- It is a requirement that you monitor all of your associated individuals as per our sign agreement. You can do this via the DYNAMIC Hub
- Once you have copy and pasted the link to your browser you can type in your individuals email and select save, the link will be sent to their email address for the individual to complete on their own.
- It is a reminder that ALL employees and Sub-contractors engaged by you MUST complete this form, so it is suggested to book mark the link for future use.
- Check your Junk or Spam mail folder for a link with your log in credentials to
Once you gain access to the DYNAMIC Hub, you will be able to retrieve booking information and times, complete OH&S requirements and most importantly invoice.
